Management Team

Robert J. WardRobert J. Ward
Vice President, General Manager

Robert J. Ward, The Cleveland Jet Center’s Corporate Vice President and General Manager has over nine years of general aviation experience. Mr. Ward oversees the overall daily operations of the FBO and its facilities. This includes management oversight, customer satisfaction, marketing, training and safety along with business development and long term planning.

Prior to joining The Cleveland Jet Center in early 2008, Mr. Ward served as the Manager of Operations Control, for Corporate Wings. He was responsible in the active acquisition of new local charter clients as well as the marketing and sale of charter flights with the company’s aircraft and local sub charter providers, sales and marketing to acquire new clients for their aircraft management company, aircraft sales, and aviation consulting. Prior to this role, Mr. Ward served as the Director of Scheduling for Flight Options.


Ryan DiVitaRyan DiVita
Hospitality, Marketing Manager

Ryan DiVita, The Cleveland Jet Center’s Hospitality and Marketing Manager brings a new spin with regards to our customer service and marketing philosophy. Ryan is responsible for setting the standard of service and creativity at The Cleveland Jet Center. Mr. DiVita comes from a creative background and offers knowledge of marketing and communications between the FBO and the customer.

Mr. DiVita has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from The Cleveland Institute of Art. Mr. DiVita has always had a passion for aviation since childhood and is currently pursuing his pilot’s license.


Keith HartKeith Hart
Senior Aircraft Support Technician

Keith Hart, The Cleveland Jet Center’s Senior Aircraft Support Technician brings over 20 years of aviation experience to the team. Mr. Hart is responsible for all line service activities, assures compliance with environmental and safety regulations affecting line operations, provides training to maintain a highly skilled work force and safe operation of all line equipment, also ensuring that the appearance, equipment and personnel present a top professional image.

Prior to joining The Cleveland Jet Center, Mr. Hart served as the Line Service Manager for Corporate Wings. He joined Corporate Wings in the early 1980’s and has spent most of his aviation career at the Cuyahoga County Airport. Mr. Hart is a certified NATA Safety 1st Line Service Technician. His qualifications include de-ice capabilities, aircraft towing and marshalling of which he is certified by NATA Safety 1st.
